Taking the financial services skills agenda forward ...

The video above, is not only a great guide on how to apply for an Apprenticeship but also offers some great tips, so its well worth a watch.

bulletApprenticeships are a great way to start or develop your career within the Financial Services sector. Many employers in the sector are now offering Apprenticeship opportunities.

bulletApprenticeships give you the opportunity to work for a real employer, earn a real salary and gain a real qualification whilst gaining valuable workplace skills and experience.

Raising the participating age (RPA)

bulletThe Government is increasing the age to which all young people in England must continue in education or training. It means them continuing until the end of the academic year in which they turn 17 from 2013 and until their 18th birthday from 2015. You can take up an Apprenticeship as one of your options under RPA.
